The task was to find a new, innovative and creative typographical solution for the story The Waitress by Jack Zipes, so that the reader wants to find out more and get invovled. Furthermore the realisation had to be innovative and come alive. Also the book should be the same experimental as magazines.
I transfered the story into a map of Paris, where the story plays. The reader get involved in the story by using templates to read through the story. The sentences appear between the real streets and by moving the template the story goes on and the reader “follows“ the protagonist Mary.
